We wanted to remind all Colorado employers that they are required to submit their Quarter 3 (Q3) employee wage report whose due date is October 31, 2024. It is crucial to meet this deadline to avoid potential penalties, fines, and interest charges
If employers have any unpaid balances or missing wage reports from previous quarters, they should address them promptly in My FAMLI+ Employer.
- FAMLI now offers an Installment Payment Agreement (IPA) to help manage outstanding balances. More information about this option is provided below.
Update: New Features in My FAMLI+ Employer Portal
To assist in managing employers’ FAMLI responsibilities more effectively, the agency has introduced several new features:
- Installment Payment Agreement (IPA): Employers can pay off owed amounts in smaller installments over time instead of a lump sum. To start an IPA, call FAMLI to set up an agreement. Payments can then be made through the wages and payment screen in your My FAMLI+ Employer account.
- Grievance Filing: Employers can now file grievances online. Dispute a determination regarding an employee’s FAMLI claim by filing a grievance with the Division before appealing. Ensure your grievance is supported by evidence. Visit the Appeals page for more information. Grievance forms can be mailed or completed online.
- Assistance and Support: For help preparing wage reports, please refer to the collection of How-To Videos, user guides, file specifications, and sample templates. For individualized support, call 1-866-CO-FAMLI (1-866-263-2654) Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.
For more information, employers can visit the following resources:
- Employers can file a claim in Report A Grievance Request to FAMLI: For Business; for appeals employer can go to the Appeals page
