CaliforniaThe California Civil Rights Department has updated their Your Rights and Obligations as a Pregnant Employee notice. The updated notice has been reworded with additional information under the California Family Rights Act. The poster revision date is February 24, 2025.
The California Department of Industrial Relations has updated its Whistleblowers are Protected notice, which includes some minor rewording. The poster revision date is February 24, 2025.
ConnecticutConnecticut has released a revised Discrimination is Illegal notice. The updated notice expands the list of protected categories against discrimination in employment, housing, public accommodations, and credit transactions. It also includes a single contact phone number, a QR code, and a web address for individuals seeking to report discrimination or obtain more information.
The Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities has updated its Discrimination is Illegal notice. The updated notice reflects new protected categories. In addition, the revised notice includes updated definitions for disability and retaliation and a QR Code for additional information. The poster revision date is February 12, 2025.
IllinoisIllinois has updated its No Smoking poster in English and Spanish with the addition of e-cigarettes and its Victims’ Economic Security and Safety Act posting in English and Spanish with changes to its leave duration information.
MassachusettsThe Massachusetts Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development has updated its Veterans’ Benefits and Services notice. The updated notice has been reformatted with new website links for veterans’ benefits. The poster revision date is February 18, 2025.
MichiganMichigan has issued an updated Earned Sick Time Act Notice, effective February 21, 2025, which includes significant revisions to accrual, benefit amounts, employee eligibility, and covered workers. The Michigan Minimum Wage Notice has been updated to reflect new minimum wage rates and adjusted tipped minimum wage requirements. Employers should update their labor law postings to remain compliant with these changes.   The Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity has updated their Minimum Wage notice. The updated notice reflects an adjustment of the state minimum wage to $13.73/hour, effective January 1, 2026, and to $15.00/hour, effective January 1, 2027. The new law also increases the tipped minimum hourly wage from the current 38% to 50% by January 1, 2031. The poster revision date is March 11, 2025.
 The Michigan Department of Labor & Economic Opportunity Wage and Hour Division has updated their Earned Sick Time Act notice. The updated notice reflects a new law that revises the definition of a small business from fewer than 10 employees to 10 or fewer employees. In addition, the updated notice includes new information that employers may cap usage and carryover of accrued paid leave at 72 hours per year, or 40 hours per year if they are a small business, and allows newly hired employees to be subject to a 120-day wait period to use accrued earned sick time. The poster revision date is March 11, 2025.
NevadaThe Nevada Department of Business & Industry has updated its Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR) notice. The notice has been republished to fulfill the department’s January 1, 2025, required reporting. The poster revision date is March 4, 2025.
NevadaNevada has recently released several revised labor law notices. The Rules to be Observed by Employers Notice has been updated to include additional details on Domestic Violence Leave and future minimum wage updates. The Pregnant Workers’ Fairness Act Notice now reflects a revised address for filing claims. The Nevada OSHA Notice has been updated with changes to penalty amounts per violation. Additionally, the AB 307 Training Programs Notice has been revised with multiple updates to links for available employee services.
Rhode IslandRhode Island has added a Veterans’ Benefits and Services posting to its offering.
VirginiaThe Virginia Department of Labor and Industry has updated their Earned Income Tax Credit notice. The updated notice reflects a new adjusted earned income tax credit for the 2024 tax year. The poster revision date is February 19, 2025.
CountyUpdated Posting
Bernalillo, NMThe County of Bernalillo, New Mexico has updated their Minimum Wage notice. The updated notice reflects an adjustment of the city minimum wage to $12.00/hour, effective January 1, 2025.
CityUpdated Posting
San Francisco, CASan Francisco, CA, has updated its San Francisco Paid Parental Leave Ordinance posting with new benefit weekly amounts.
