The below list may include updates to existing posters, additional postings that will be added to federal and state labor law posters, or new individual notices that may be required to be posted.

AlaskaAlaska has revised its AKOSH “Safety and Health Protection on the Job” poster to reflect updated penalty amounts, revised complaint procedures, updated agency contact information, and formatting changes. Employers should replace outdated postings to ensure compliance with current Alaska OSHA requirements.
CaliforniaCalifornia has updated its Cal/OSHA “Safety and Health Protection on the Job” poster as of April 2026. The revised posting reflects current workplace safety and health requirements, including employer obligations to maintain a safe workplace, implement and maintain an effective Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP), and comply with applicable Cal/OSHA standards. Employers should ensure the updated notice is displayed in a conspicuous location at each worksite, as failure to post the current version may result in penalties.
MinnesotaMinnesota has updated its Workers’ Compensation posting in English and Spanish with new content added to its “If you are injured” section.
Minnesota has released an updated “Minimum Wage and Other Requirements” notice that includes several important content and formatting revisions. Most notably, the new notice adds a “Rest and Meal Breaks” section stating that employers must provide at least a 15-minute rest break for every four consecutive hours worked and a 30-minute meal break for shifts lasting six or more consecutive hours. The updated poster also features a refreshed layout, revised section headings, and updated QR codes and web links directing employees to additional labor law resources and reporting information.

OregonOregon has released an updated Paid Leave Notice. The most notable change adds guidance for unforeseeable leave, requiring employees to notify their employer within 24 hours and provide written notice within three days. The update also clarifies that employees must continue paying their portion of health insurance while on leave.
VermontVermont has updated its Unemployment Insurance Notice with revised formatting, added a statutory reference, and expanded employee eligibility language to include protections related to sexual violence and stalking. The expanded language represents a meaningful update and employers should replace the outdated notice to ensure compliance.

Malibu, CAMalibu has updated its Malibu Minimum Wage posting in English and Spanish with a new minimum wage rate.
Pasadena, CAPasadena has updated its Pasadena Minimum Wage posting in English and Spanish with a new minimum wage rate.
Toledo, CAToledo has added a new Toledo Employee Rights posting in English and Spanish to its offering.
Santa Fe, NMSanta Fe has updated its Santa Fe Minimum/Living Wage posting in English and Spanish with a new minimum wage rate.
