| Connecticut | The Connecticut Department of Labor has updated their Paid Sick Leave notice. The updated notice reflects the expanded Paid Sick Leave by requiring all private employers to provide employees with paid sick leave no later than January 1, 2027. In addition, effective January 1, 2025, the new law applies to employers with 25 or more employees, expands the definition of a covered employee, and broadens employee eligibility to take paid sick leave. | Idaho | Idahohas issued a revised Unemployment Insurance Notice, featuring a redesigned format for improved clarity and usability. The employee rights section has been simplified with details about employee rights during periods of involuntary unemployment. Also, newly added web address provides employees with easy access to comprehensive unemployment assistance and guidance. |
