| Vermont | Vermont has released updated labor law postings reflecting two important changes. The new Meals & Lodging Allowance Notice outlines the specific amounts employers may deduct from employee wages for meals and lodging that are actually provided and voluntarily accepted. Additionally, the updated Parental & Family Leave Notice reflects expanded unpaid leave protections under Vermont’s Parental and Family Leave Act. Employees are now entitled to unpaid leave for a broader range of reasons. |
| Washington | The Washington State Department of Labor & Industries has updated their Workers’ Compensation (Self-Insured) notice. The updated notice reflects additional qualified health-care providers under a self-insured Workers’ Compensation claim. The poster revision date is June 13, 2025. |

On May 21, 2025, the Malibu City Council approved a one-year suspension of the scheduled minimum wage increase to support businesses impacted by the effects of the Palisades Fire. As a result, the minimum wage in the City of Malibu will remain at $17.27 per hour for Fiscal Year 2025–2026. |
