LouisianaLouisiana has updated its Unemployment Benefits posting in English and Spanish with changes to its work search requirements section.
MichiganMichigan has updated its Information about Unemployment Benefits posting with changes to its “Claimant Roadmap” section and added a QR code.
MinnesotaMinnesota has updated its Workers’ Compensation Notice to include new language clarifying that certain work-related psychological injuries, including PTSD diagnosed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist, may qualify for benefits. The notice also updates Department of Labor contact information.
NevadaNevada has updated its Job Training/Employment Programs posting in English and Spanish with a new revision date and added a No Smoking posting in Spanish to its offering.
New HampshireNew Hampshire has added a No Smoking posting to its offering.
New JerseyNew Jersey has updated its Conscientious Employee Protection Act (Captive Audience) posting to its offering.
New YorkOn February 19, 2026, the New York City Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) released an updated Notice of Employee Rights under the Earned Safe and Sick Time Act, now referred to in the notice as the Protected Time Off Law. The revised notice reflects structural updates, including 32 hours of unpaid Protected Time Off that are immediately available at the start of the employer’s calendar year, continued accrual at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, and a separate 20 hours of paid prenatal leave annually. Whether accrued leave is paid or unpaid depends on employer size and income thresholds. All NYC employers must post the updated notice and provide it to employees in their primary language at hire and whenever rights change.

Tacoma, WATacoma, WA, has updated its Tacoma Paid Leave posting in English and Spanish with changes to its Filing a Complaint section and contact information.
