As a reminder for all covered federal contractors, the 2025 VETS-4212 filing period is now open and runs from August 1 through September 30, 2025.

Federal contractors and subcontractors with contracts of $150,000 or more in 2024 must file this annual report under the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA).

What to Report:

  • A snapshot of the workforce by location, job category, and protected veteran status.
  • The number of protected veterans hired during the previous 12 months.

How to File:

Organizations with more than 10 hiring locations are encouraged to use batch upload to streamline processing. Upon successful submission, an email confirmation will be issued, which serves as proof for federal contracting officers.

For help determining if your company must file, visit the VETS-4212 Reporting Advisor.
